Cox can go F itself

Has anyone else had trouble (more than just a little) with the Cox Husker broadcast?  It's a f'in joke at my house...First game...No sound...second game...no picture...no sound...third game...no sound.  I am tired of these bastards.  Then, when I called to complain they refused to credit it me for the first two games.  They said their feed from Fox was fine.  When I asked them if I should call Fox, they said that maybe that wouldn't be a bad idea.  I went through one rep and two supervisors to get one game credited back to me.  I'm done with Cox.  Waiting for Qwest/Direct T.V. to come install.  If anyone had similar problems let me know.  These Cox creeps told me I didn't call soon enough to complain.  Basically said I was lying after 10+ years of using their pathetic service.  They can all go to hell for all I am concerned.  Game over.
